A few years ago I picked up a full sink line at Curtis in Blackville for chasing spring kelts, trolling, etc. I think I paid 17$ at the time and it worked better than any other 'cheap' line I've tried - it gets down nice, casts ok for a full sink and certainly fits the budget. I guess my point is, for the money it did the job and I see no need to pay 50$ + for something that may not perform as well.. anyone know where to pickup a cheap, good performing full sink line? The thousand plus striped bass and 5/0 flies just about have my current line destroyed and I expect one of the many cracks will lead to a failure in the not too distant future.
Alternately, does anyone care to vouch for a more expensive line in the performance and longevity categories?

Ordering this bad boy - I don't think it will make any difference that it's going on an 8wt, especially with weighted clousers, 5/0 deceivers and the like: www.ebay.ca/itm/like/222154486283?chn=psWF-7-S fly line EXTRA FAST SINK 7ips made in Canada (FULL SINK FLY LINE)
